2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei 圓滿落幕

世界侍酒師協會齊聚台北,共同展開國際專業交流

2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei 已於台北順利圓滿舉辦完成。

本次年會為台灣首次主辦 ASI(Association de la Sommellerie Internationale)國際侍酒師協會年度大會,活動期間自 2026 年 5 月 18 日至 5 月 22 日,正式會議則於 5 月 19 日至 20 日舉行。來自世界各地的侍酒師協會會長、ASI 董事會成員、各委員會代表及國際專業人士齊聚台北,共同參與年度會議、專業交流、Master Class 及文化參訪活動。

年會期間,除進行 ASI 正式會務議程外,亦包含年度財務報告與審議、區域會務報告、各專業委員會報告、未來國際活動規劃,以及 2028–2030 年國際活動主辦國簡報與投票等重要議題,展現 ASI 作為全球侍酒師專業組織的重要國際影響力。

本次年會亦安排多場專業 Master Class 與文化交流活動,包括 JSS 日本清酒講座,以及由臺灣菸酒股份有限公司帶來的 OMAR Single Malt Whisky 講座,讓國際與會代表深入認識亞洲與台灣飲品文化的多元風貌。

此外,與會代表亦前往桃園龍潭客家茶文化館,體驗採茶與製茶過程,並深入了解台灣茶葉歷史與客家茶文化,透過在地文化交流,更進一步認識台灣獨特的人文與飲食底蘊。

本次年會的舉辦,象徵台灣侍酒師產業與國際專業交流接軌的重要里程碑,也透過此次活動向世界展現台灣的專業接待能力、多元飲品文化與國際交流能量。年會期間,各國代表與國際貴賓皆給予高度肯定與正面回饋,也讓此次台北年會在專業交流與國際友誼上留下深刻而美好的回憶。

Sommelier Associations from Around the World Gather in Taipei for International Professional Exchange

The 2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei has successfully concluded in Taipei, Taiwan.

This marked the first time Taiwan hosted the annual General Assembly of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI). Held from May 18 to May 22, 2026, the event welcomed presidents of sommelier associations from around the world, ASI Board Members, committee representatives, and international wine and hospitality professionals to Taipei for meetings, professional exchange, Master Classes, and cultural activities.

During the General Assembly, delegates participated in official ASI meetings, committee reports, discussions on future international events, and voting sessions for upcoming ASI host countries, highlighting ASI’s important role within the global sommelier community.

The program also featured professional Master Classes, including a Japanese Sake seminar presented by JSS and the OMAR Single Malt Whisky Master Class hosted by Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation, allowing international guests to further experience the diversity of Asian and Taiwanese beverage culture.

In addition, delegates visited the Hakka Tea Culture Museum in Longtan, Taoyuan, where they experienced tea picking, tea-making traditions, and Taiwan’s tea culture and history through local cultural exchange activities.

Hosting this General Assembly represents an important milestone for Taiwan’s sommelier industry and international professional exchange. Through this event, Taiwan also showcased its hospitality, diverse beverage culture, and international exchange capabilities to the world. Delegates and international guests expressed highly positive feedback throughout the event, creating meaningful memories of both professional exchange and international friendship.
