走進台灣茶文化-2026 ASI 年會至桃園龍潭客家茶文化館參訪

作為 2026 台北世界侍酒師年會 (2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei) 文化參訪行程,來自世界各地的侍酒師協會會長、ASI Board Members、各委員會代表及國際專業人士,一同前往桃園龍潭客家茶文化館,深入體驗台灣茶文化與客家人文風貌。

本次參訪活動中,與會貴賓除了親自體驗採茶與製茶過程外,也透過館內導覽與文化介紹,深入了解台灣茶葉歷史、客家茶文化,以及茶產業在台灣飲食文化中的重要角色。

對許多首次來到台灣的國際友人而言,這不僅是一場文化體驗,也是一段透過茶香與交流認識台灣的珍貴旅程。

在茶席、茶香與輕鬆愉快的交流氛圍中,來自世界各地的與會代表,感受到台灣茶文化的細緻與多元,以及台灣人熱情款待與人文溫度。

透過此次文化參訪活動,讓國際與會代表更加認識台灣獨特的人文底蘊、地方文化與飲品特色,為本屆年會留下深刻且美好的回憶。

As part of the cultural visit program for the 2026 Taipei World Sommelier General Assembly (2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei), presidents of sommelier associations from around the world, ASI Board Members, committee representatives, and international hospitality professionals visited the Hakka Tea Culture Museum in Longtan, Taoyuan, to experience Taiwan’s tea culture and Hakka heritage.

During the visit, delegates not only participated in tea-picking and tea-making experiences, but also gained deeper insight into Taiwan’s tea history, Hakka tea culture, and the important role of tea within Taiwan’s culinary and beverage traditions through guided tours and cultural presentations.

For many international guests visiting Taiwan for the first time, this was not only a cultural experience, but also a meaningful journey to discover Taiwan through tea, culture, and exchange.

Amid the aroma of tea, tea ceremonies, and a warm and joyful atmosphere, delegates from around the world experienced the refinement and diversity of Taiwanese tea culture, as well as the hospitality and warmth of the Taiwanese people.

Through this cultural visit, international delegates were able to further appreciate Taiwan’s unique cultural heritage, local traditions, and beverage culture, creating meaningful and unforgettable memories during this year’s General Assembly.
