2024 年在摩納哥舉行的 ASI 全員大會（General Assembly）現場，台灣侍酒師協會夏理事長帶著對台灣土地的熱情，正式提出競標爭取。這份願景不僅獲得國際侍酒師協會（Association de la Sommellerie Internationale, ASI）的肯定，更讓台灣成功取得「2026 台北世界侍酒師年會（2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei）」之主辦權。
本次「2026 台北世界侍酒師年會（2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei）」正式會議將於 2026 年 5 月 19 日至 5 月 20 日於台北舉行。
這不只是協會的重要里程碑，更是台灣與國際專業舞台接軌的關鍵時刻。
2026 年，我們將邀請來自世界各國的侍酒師領袖齊聚台北。對許多國家的會長而言，這將是他們第一次踏上這座美麗的島嶼。我們期待透過這次機會，讓國際專業人士親身體驗台灣豐富而多元的餐飲文化、深厚的風土底蘊，以及我們最引以為傲的款待精神。

In 2024, during the ASI General Assembly held in Monaco, TSA President Mr. Hsia officially presented Taiwan’s bid with a deep passion for our land and culture. This vision was not only recognized by the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI), but also led to Taiwan being selected as the host of the 2026 Taipei World Sommelier General Assembly (2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei).
The official General Assembly of the 2026 Taipei World Sommelier General Assembly (2026 ASI General Assembly in Taipei) will take place in Taipei from May 19 to May 20, 2026.
This is not only a significant milestone for the association, but also an important moment for Taiwan to further connect with the global professional community.
In 2026, we will welcome sommelier leaders from around the world to Taipei. For many association presidents, this will be their first time visiting this beautiful island. We look forward to offering international professionals the opportunity to experience Taiwan’s rich and diverse culinary culture, unique terroir, and the warm hospitality we take great pride in.
