台灣首度主辦國際侍酒師年度大會 2026 ASI General Assembly to Be Held in Taipei

社團法人台灣侍酒師協會(Taiwan Sommelier Association, TSA)宣布,國際侍酒師協會(Association de la Sommellerie Internationale, ASI)2026 年度 General Assembly(年度大會)將於台北舉行,活動期間為 2026 年 5 月 18 日至 5 月 22 日,其中正式會議(General Assembly)預計於 5 月 19 日至 5 月 20 日進行,活動地點為台北福容大飯店。

ASI General Assembly為該組織之年度重要會議,由各會員國協會代表、協會主席及相關委員出席,進行年度會務報告、組織議題討論及相關決議事項。

本次活動除安排正式會議外,亦規劃相關交流及參訪行程,包含專業講座(Master Class)及在地參訪活動,以促進與會代表之交流與互動。此外,活動期間亦將安排文化體驗行程,提供與會代表了解台灣飲品文化及相關產業之機會。

本次為台灣首次主辦 ASI General Assembly,具有重要意義。台灣侍酒師協會將與國際侍酒師協會合作辦理相關會議與活動,並依國際會議標準進行整體規劃與執行。

台灣侍酒師協會長期致力於推動侍酒師專業教育與國際交流。本次主辦 ASI General Assembly,將提供國際會員代表來台參與會議及交流之機會,並進一步促進與國際侍酒師社群之互動,未來本會亦將持續推動相關專業活動與國際合作。

The Taiwan Sommelier Association (TSA) is pleased to announce that the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) General Assembly 2026 will be held in Taipei, Taiwan.

The event is scheduled to take place from May 18 to May 22, 2026, with the official General Assembly meetings to be conducted from May 19 to May 20 at the Fullon Hotel Taipei, Taiwan.

 The ASI General Assembly is the organization’s annual meeting, bringing together representatives from member associations, association presidents, and committee members from around the world to review annual activities, discuss key organizational matters, and make strategic decisions.

In addition to the official meetings, the program will include a series of professional and cultural exchange activities. These will feature Master Classes and local visits designed to encourage interaction and knowledge exchange among participants.

Cultural experience programs will also be arranged, offering delegates the opportunity to explore Taiwan’s beverage culture and related industries.

This marks the first time that Taiwan will host the ASI General Assembly, representing an important milestone for the country’s sommelier community. The Taiwan Sommelier Association will work closely with ASI to organize the event in accordance with international standards.

TSA has long been committed to advancing sommelier education and international collaboration. Hosting the ASI General Assembly will provide a valuable platform for global delegates to gather in Taiwan, further strengthening connections within the international sommelier community.
